AgniTEK is hosting the 5th Annual NCAA Tournament Bracket challenge for anyone interested in playing. Register for an account (upper right hand corner of the page) and then click "Your Bracket" in the menu to begin selecting your picks. Remember to get your selections in by 11am (CST) the day of the first bracket game. Then check back often as we update the standing and declare a winner!

Well, March snuck up on our busy staff here a little. But I’m happy to announce the 5th Annual AgniTEK Bracket Challenge for the 2012 NCAA Tournament for men's basketball.

Things you need to know:

Signups - Start now. Register at the top right of the page.
Invitations - Please forward these link around to your friends. In Texas or not. The more the merrier. Also, unless they win it all, they may even give you their prize if they're not local to the B/CS area.
Prizes - Bragging rights are the top benefit by far. If you can't be #1, at least beat your friends so you can talk about it for the next year. Last year’s prizes weren’t fantastic. This year’s won’t fall short on the disappointment list either. We posted the “prizes” on the website. Awesome.

Key Dates
- Brackets Posted - Sunday March 11
- First Four - March 13-14 - we don't have these games on our bracket
- Bracket Cutoff - 11AM CST Thursday March 15
- 2nd Round - Thursday & Friday March 15-16
- 3rd Round - March 17-18
- Sweet 16 - March 22-23
- Elite Eight - March 24-25
- Final Four - March 31
- Championship - April 2
- Bracket Winners Announced - April 3 (for those that can't read the live brackets online)
No Whiners - We've batted 1000, err... shot 100% on this in the past. Don't be that guy/girl. This is supposed to be fun. Besides, the prizes aren’t good enough to embarrass yourself over.
Don't be a Jackasic - One year our friend only picked the first round. That's not how it goes. When picking, choose ALL the way through the brackets, including your final winner. Otherwise you’ll be last, see below.

Ladies, don't be shy. Nobody remembers who won in 2008 and the last three years had females finishing in the top 5. So you have to like your chances.

Contest Disclaimer: AgniTEK reserves the right to make all decisions in the awarding of prizes to players. AgniTEK reserves the right to withhold prizes if we determine the contest is compromised in any way, preventing all players from having a fair chance of winning. First prize will be awarded to player with the highest bracket score. In the event that multiple players end with the same bracket score, the player guessing the score closest to the combined score of the championship game will be awarded. If this situation does not resolve a winner, one will be selected using a random chance drawing of AgniTEK's choosing. Once the first prize has been awarded, the next highest score in accordance with the above determination will be awarded second place. This method will be used to determine the remaining prizes. All entries to the contest agree to opt out email marketing, future competitions and giveaways.
